Returns & Refunds Policy

At GymRebel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help!


Returns

  • You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery at GYMREBEL INC 
    6125 Starfield Cres Mississauga, L5N1X2  Ontario.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at Ceo@gymrebel.fitness with your order number.

  • Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and full return instructions.

  • Certain items like personalized products, hygiene items, and sale items are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


International Orders

  • Customers outside the country are responsible for return shipping fees and any duties/taxes.

  • Please include your order number and whether it's a return or exchange in the return package.
